I wouldn't bother filing a petition. It has been repeatedly stated that as long as there is profit for you, be it from ransom or cargo, you may bump or gank. To be safe make sure you offer the ransom. Just tell them to eject. Lol.

As I did appreciate trannys, therefore I can only be a little upset.... HOWEVER It was 2 Thannys that you owed me. I did reduce it to one because of that swashbuckler surprise but YOU STILL OWE ME ONE THANATOS CARRIER.

It wasn't just my singing.... what about the accompanying interprative dance (Walk of Elephants if you need your memory jogged). It took us a few tries to sync up, but once we got it goint it was pretty awesome. Admit it was awesome you carrier thieving bastard.

I missed a golden opportunity with a vindicator many moons back. Guy ejected when he hit about 20% structure and I was so busy humping it's leg with my ishkur I almost didn't notice. Failed to pull drones in time and popped it before I could swipe it. It was a bittersweet experience as I did get the Vindi kill, but would have much rather stolen it.
