The Venture / Prospect Mastery skills require you to get Lvl 5 in Ice harvesting, but yet you cannot use either to Harvest Ice with.
Problem with this is in the WH I live in we had a Connecting WH that was small and had 4 different Ice Belts in it but neither the skiff or Procurer would fit . Would be nice since we had to mastery Ice Harvesting on these boats that we at least have some way to Harvest the Ice thru these Small WH's. I think in so allowing this, the Venture and Prospect WH experience will increase. And the flow of Low Sec, Null sec and so forth Ice would possible Increase.
