The update this morning did help on the checking shared resources cache loop I've been experiencing for the last several days. However...

Talk about the Launcher taking much longer than before (Pre-Mosaic) to fully load and be usable. Running the rescache.exe did not fix the laggy loading. I can't run the repair.exe because for some completely unknown reason it's completely out of date. We're talking August 18, 2013!!! out of date! Why was this exe file even allowed to be live and downloadable from our end??!? As I started in April of 2014, how could this be from an older update that's shown back up, let alone knowing I formatted and reinstalled this computer's only HDD.

So instead of the timesink of the Launcher checking and rechecking, it's the timesink of waiting for the patched Launcher to even load. So far it's been 2 times of "Launcher Offline, Restart?".

This is NOT an improvement, to fix one bug by giving me 2+ others.

Seriously CCP, look at ALL the headaches going on from this busted Launcher and Fix All of Them, Not Fob Us One Repair In Hopes We'll Shut Up.

I used to be disgusted, went past amused, now to torqued.
