What defines 'a good citizen' of Eve?

"good citizen" is a very loose term.... I mean in real life being a good citizen doesn't make you a good person either. Not sure what the point of the question is... Ugh But I guess being a good citizen just means following the law/rules, nothing more and nothing less.

One that does not braek CCP's rules. Everyone is welcome in ehre as long as you don't do something CCP does not want. "Bad citizens" are not accepted in here for long.

Sorry, but when concord has power to condemn you for your acts, yes, you're still a citizen.


They cant do anything that matters to an immortal, and they cant do anything at all in null or Wspace.



Huh, kind of like how they don't do anything in non-empire space, because those aren't owned by empires which employ concord?

Don't kid yourselves. Even the dirtiest pirates from the birth of EVE have been carebears. They use alts to bring them goods at cheap prices and safely, rather than live with consequences of their in game actions on their main, from concord to prices
