clean corp history, only been in three player corps
has 4 L4 research agents each with 6-9K RP on them atm
pretty good focused tengu pilot other than the science skills.

Not what your looking for, but in your budget.

if your looking to run missions with your tengu:
I used a sleipnir for Lv.4's I'll include the fit (not the fitting or the ship but the fit i used) to run ministry of war missions as efficiently as any tengu or CNR can.

700+ dps at great range, 900+ dps with a mwd to move around, plenty of tank, no problems on any mission for Ministry of war (amarr)
