Let us clean up the systems for you

Before the "Citadel" comes out, let us use the entosis link to capture unfueled, inactive Control Towers. If they are to lazy or do not care about a control tower sitting their unprotected I should be able to scoop it. It's not like we can really sell it for that much at that volume, but we could just reprocess it.

Another plus is that since the Citadel is coming out and control towers are still going to be in the game, are we not going to have to buy a hole new separate BPO for this hub. A little extra cash in everyone's pocket will help calm people down when their Control Tower BPO is worthless.

I recall CCP saying no to conversion, partly because of lack of easy conversion, partly because both systems will exist side by side for probably 2-3 years.

No to free stuff for waving a magic torch. You want the POS gone you blow it up. Just letting all those dead towers be reprocessed would hammer the PI market for no good reason.

As for the idea, while this would be fun it would require changing pos functionality when the primary goal of citadels is to replace and avoid having to change pos's.
