Launcher broke?

Is it just me or is the launcher totally ****ed up?, Its taken me an hour to be allowed to log on today, over 30 minutes yesterday
and god know how long the day before. It doesn't help that a support ticket gets no response.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Not the computer, the launcher.
