Its not about flying expensive stuff, a blob member flying a machariel in a machariel fleet is by no means braver then a solo rifter pilot. Obviously theres nothing wrong with flying bling ships (its usually good for the game), however flying bling ships, combining them with links and the mostly using those for 1v1s is lame as ****, and i really cant grasp why you all do enjoy this video (however the important part here are the linked 1v1s, not so much the bling).

We get it W0LF, you hate link ships etc but just because you don't like it does not make it bad.

this video is good to me because probably everyone who engaged him though...."great, easy sabre kill" but unfortunatly for them it wasn't one of the standard fits and the use of links to make it better than it is standard.

I dont hate links (well i do, but not in that regard, i dont mind links in pvp videos, i just think they should be removed from the game).

I liked the video but I can agree with what W0LF has said. No need to **** on him for simply pointing out the truth. It would have been nice to see the Sabre fighting against greater odds, but then again I can't judge him for not wanting to lose such a nice ship.

For starters we don't know if they had links or not and secondly it's a sabre....how much greater odds are you wanting? most of them fights normally end up with a dead sabre if it was standard buffer fit.

W0lfs problems about this vid stem from him having links...thats really all it is. The sabre is a different flavour from the usual so it's good to the rest of us with links or not.
I personally would rather see someone in a ship, with links and implants fighting differently from usual or against greater numbers or better ships than the boring usual flavour we see from people but they have "nice" editing so get loads of praise for overheat, approach, blap....boring!

This fit can't to fight vs blob. Its tanking 300 dps in overhit with sb booster = newbie AF or t1 cruiser

It should be pretty easy to tell if he was using links based on watching the video and comparing his in game speed with the loadout on his killboard.
