I've taken note that since the last update the general wormhole gases have dropped drastically in price. A venture load of C 72 and C 28 that used to go for 35-50 mill is now only going for ~20mill. Furthermore C60 is seemingly worthless just a few weeks ago i got 17 mill for 3500m3 now its 8 mill(C 320, C540 and C50 is rare so I'm not throwing those into the mix).

Honestly to all of you who think this is easy (and i should stop wining its not like i just jump into a wormhole and warp to the nearest gas site soon after. I actually have to scan down the wormholes and furthermore the gas sites. This all takes a time around 15-30mins all together, then i have to check D-Scan like a psychopath as i wait for an hour to get a full load of gas(Wormhole gas is not worth alot now for Isk per hour).

Also for what the risks are, going out there into a wormhole with the chance of getting harassed by sleeper ships, one shotted by sleeper turrets (after warping to 70km) to getting ganked repeatedly goons, its not worth it.

Now gas mining is high risk mediocre rewards increase the buy prices or you shall not get your gas. Lastly I know a lot of you WH gas miners have noticed this so stop selling your gas until they increase the average buy price 60%- 100%.

That is it, we gas miners shall bring these buyers to the negotiation table.

When has a venture load of c72 ever gone for 35-50m? Cant remember honestly.
For the past couple of months, its pretty much been stable at 20-25m.

As far as value goes (ISK/hour) its:
320 -> 540 -> 50 -> 32 -> 72 -> 70 -> 28 -> 60 -> 84

Also, i dont want to call you out as a noob, but theres only one site with sentry guns in it (Ordinary Perimiter) so you only EVER get killed ONE TIME by those, and then you remember and never warp to it again.
At least any sane person would remember such a thing :)

But its worth it, spend a couple of hours gas harvesting today and already made close to 300m.

You should train for T2 harvesters, you get twice the harvesting speed.

In other news nanos have come down in price as well. Oh and t3 mods and hulls..... You would think that perhaps there is a lot more supply than demand or something :D

I went to my first Ordinary Perimeter site there were no sentry guns and no sleepers spawned in any of the gas sites.

Mining C60 is only 3 million isk/hour with perfect skills

What I don't get is that a LOT of players are still willing to mine C60 at that price? C60 miners speak up? Is your time really worth that little? You can mine veldspar without boosts or anything for 12-15 million isk, and it doesn't really deplete, I'm not getting it.

You will make more isk/hour doing PI on one character and you don't even have to actually be there doing anything

It's going to be about what the market will bear... not about how much work you have done. There are more than one reason that prices can drop... Demand can stall.. if no ones buying it doesn't matter how hard the task is, the prices will drop.

I, for one, am enjoying my 100% profits on T3 production currently occurring due to low price inputs and rising demand.

On a less sarcastic note, one of the main groups that harvests gas in wormhole space are the people who live there. Its low-risk and relaxing - so long as you set an 18 minute timer, you can essentially AFK (read a book, watch TV, laundry, etc) and make steady ISK until something more exciting happens (more guys log on, sites, targets, whatever).

It hurts daytrippers, but I can't get too worked up over that.
