Hey i am looking to find a new long term project toon's but i need them to be perfect so this really dose matterAttentionAttention

Must Be/Have

Arrow T2 Armour Tank (not max just full t2)
Arrow Nothing bigger then T2 Cruiser ship skill injected
Arrow Gal/Amarr race only
Arrow T2 Gun's
Arrow 30+mill sp would be nice but if you got some thing with less but you can really call pure then link it here.

Looking to spend about 18bill on each toon. No more
