42mil sp. Looking for wh corp or the Right nullsec corp

Like the subject says, I'm looking for a wh corp and would consider another null corp if it was the right fit.

Do to my current work schedule I currently play during both the eutz and ustz depending on the day. I do have a wife and kids so alarm clock ops don't work for me but I will do everything I can to make it if possible.

Ive lived in the providence region of nullsec for the past 2 yrs with a couple detours into wormhole space here and there.

I'm interested in pvp with pve opportunities to fund my ships.

I can fly a loki. have the skills for tengu and legion just haven't trained the subsystems.
Can fly guardian, scimitar or basilisk though I only have logi 4 at the moment.
Am willing to train into whatever doctrine is needed or whatever role I need to fill.
