Looking to be taught small gang pvp

My main is 165 mill sp 95% pvp focused (not this character). I've been an f1 monkey and I don't really find any satisfaction in it that. I want to be taught from the ground up small gang pvp, self piloting etc. I'm quite self sufficient isk wise but any opportunity to replenish what I will no doubt lose is welcomed.

I'm in the AU timezone, 29 years old with a family. I have a dry sense of humour and am pretty thick skinned, I am Aussie after all.
What I am not looking for is CTAs, blobs, massive tidi fleet fights etc. I'm not arrogant or egotistical and have a real interest in learning and being taught. No problem handing out API's for my characters to the right group. I have a working headset and mic and have team speak and mumble installed with pidgin around somewhere if needed.

Look forward to seeing what's on offer.
