I just completed a 10/10 Guristas plex in a Gila with no tanking issues at all, and I only have Caldari Cruiser 4.

Easier to tank than in a maxed out Vargur.

Working as intended, CCP?

If it's not OP in pvp (which I don't think it is) then who cares? Really.

1. Find pve site
2. Google pve site
3. Run pve site with ease
4. Repeat

Null pve sites are pretty easy. Make them more difficult and leave the ships alone.
