So Talking elmo will Be sold at an auction that will last a week with the starting bid of

No You are not . Talking Elmo does have really nice skills for minning support . But no mastery V orca .
AND YES IT HAS PErFECT MINING BONUSES

Mastery Level 5 does not mean that they are maxed for boosts... No idea what armor cert 5, drone cert 5, nav cert 5, ect, ect has to do with boosting...

All you need for max mining boosts...
