Industry Tab Blink Plz!

Would it be possible to get the industry tab on the necom to blink when a industry job is finished? Hope fully not to hard. Maybe with a setting for just corp or personal and/or both?

I support this. Major QoL improvement for industrialists who do other things too. Minimal new code and assets needed.

Code exists for state change triggered blinking of neocom.
Code exists to make this a togglable option.
Increases ability of at keyboard industrialists to do something other than watch strip miners spin, frieghters freight or POSes bubble while still delivering jobs quickly.
