I opened a ticket on this issue but haven't heard a word back from Tech Support yet so thought I would ask my question here.

My question is this. A few days ago in 0.0 space I was moving my Hulk about 7 systems with a prowler scouting ahead of me on an alt. I put a cloak on the hulk to help me safely through each system and getting to preset safe spot bookmarks. (yes I know this isnt the way to get a hulk moved around) but that isnt the point.

I successfully made it to one system before my destination. During the trip I was being pursued by a Frigate. I would like someone to explain to me how if my scout was setting at a particular gate and visibly watched this frigate jump through the gate and still see this pilot as if he were in local. This happened through several systems with the same player.

Now I get to the second to last system before my destination and there was only one Procurer Pilot on local. I was safely away from any gate cloaked at a personal bookmark. After several minutes of waiting I decloaked the Hulk and and started to warp I was already aligned so it didnt take long. it wasnt 5 seconds this same Frigate was setting next to me and followed me to the gate. I had no choice but to jump into the destination system and guess who jumped in and popped me immediately.

I guess Im wondering how this pilot was in the previous system and not on local and even if he did come in the system how in the hell did he end up right next to my personal bookmark. I don't mind losing ships due to my own fault but something isnt right here. If a pilot can see me when I'm cloaked what is the point of spending time and skills for cloaking.

The pilot bragged afterwards stating he knew he would get me and I ask him how he did this and not show up in local and he responded "dev hack"

I dont think this is the only pilot doing this. 2 weeks ago I was setting cloaked about 498km off a gate at a personal bookmark and a tech iii destroyer came through the gate and immdeiately warped about 30 kilometers off my starboard side. He didnt get me but he knew I was there. I'd like some answers regarding this issue.
