Fixing fiddly business: fitting boosting modules online before others.

Modules seem to go offline when you leave a ship, or at least I have a ship with fittings that require possibly my skills + a PG module online in order to keep everything running. When I exit, and then get back in, the armor plate module is offline.

This isn't really a gamebreaking thing, more a sort of fiddly annoyance. Having to double check and turn modules on before exiting station doesn't really add anything to the game.

If modules are considered offline, and come online when you get into the ship, it'd be nice if the order of operations starts with PC and CPU modules before moving to the rest.

If it doesn't check, and they simply remain online when you're not in the ship, as long as the fitting requirements are met, then it'd be nice for an automatic function which tries to online any offline modules when you get in.

People talk about how eve is better than WoW. I still get one shotted undocking in a frigate if there's a WT thrasher outside. It looks eerily similar to getting one shotted in WoW battlegrounds by a x9 level player when you're x1-4 levels.
