Looking for a focused mining pilot that can fly Exhumers and fit ALL crystals except Mercoxit.

Shield Upgrades IV
Shield Management IV
Tactical Shield Manipulation IV

This pilot will only be mining and I don't intend to reship into combat ships with it, so I wouldn't be willing to pay the price you deserve for that char.
