No kill rights, will have no isk or assets.

Has all races frigates, destroyers, cruisers, battlecruisers to V. Amarr and Gallente BS to V, others to IV but 20 days from Caldari BS V. Has T2 ships to IV or V such as Logi V. Has all small and medium guns to T2 level IV at least. All core skills either perfect or very close.

Has Capital Ships trained but only Amarr Carrier trained.

Transfer will be paid by me.

Bids starting at 25bil, in 1bil steps.

32bil Buyout.

Bids lower than 25 will only be free bumps for the thread.

Provisionally sold to you. I can complete the transaction Sunday (tomorrow) at around 0900 to 1100 game time. I'm literally about to go to sleep. on a phone right now so hard to change pages etc but if the rules say isk is recoverable by GMs then transfer isk and confirm in this thread.
