Cant find Skins devblog Falcon promised eary this week?

Can you link the devblog that wad promised by Falcon that detailed what happened in their meeting that was promised to us early this week?

I cant seem to find it.

Looking at the linked posts, I don't see anything actually answering the main question people were looking for the promised blog to answer, which is, "Did the feedback collected surrounding the bug have any change of the way SKINs are being handled or will be handled in the future and if so, what were they?"

I'm willing to admit that I, and possibly others who read CCP Falcon's post may have misinterpreted the promised blog's intent, but since the blog doesn't exist who can really say?

I've already posted on reddit, but obviously I'll share here too.

To follow up on this thread, we've had a sit down today to talk shop over SKINs and everything surrounding them.

This meeting included Team Size Matters, as well as a few of the art guys, myself, CCP Seagull and our CCP Thomas, our Monetization Director.

We should have a dev blog for you guys early next week that's going to have a decent amount of content in it for you to take a look at.

All I can say right now is that your questions and concerns have been taken on board, and we had a super healthy discussion about all this today, where everyone involved within CCP is very much on the same page Smile

You dont think this situation is being mishandled by ccp?

Release patch with known "bug"
Hope players dont find "bug" over 3day weekend.
When they do, silence and immediate fix.
Promise meeting and devblog early next week.
More silence
Release free gifts for anniversary, hope blows over.
Say on 3rd party site, lol we replied here, thats good enough.

All I have seen is they really don't know what to do now. What?

What I am afraid, is they will not make any changes because it was monetization director decision, and he is the one to have the last word, and they will leave things as they are.

People will stop complaining, eventually forget about this, accept the model, start buying skins and everyone will be happy again, without any CCP developed joy pills. Same as before with NES store prices.

People were having fun with a feature and it was not enough for CCP to publish Dev Blog with decisions, because of "reasons", if you don't know what reasons often are, they are most often than not - money.

They did not change anything before. So why would they change it now?

Custom ship skins, character creator style "repaint". Bring it!

I wonder if we are recalling the same Noble Exchange when I read your series of events. Your recollection is very different from my own where we saw a halt in new item releases followed by a slow trickle of items at a fraction of the price point prior items of the same nature went for.

There was a specific and beneficial change then. There was the initial hiding their heads in the sand, but that gave way to talking about strategy and adapting accordingly.

They did change things before, there is no reason they can't again.

if you actually rad the reddit thread it was noted that falcon decided to make a blog once people pointed out that reddit is not the best place for offical info you want everyone to read.
