I have been shown elsewhere that Drifters by themselves don't represent currently a significant threat and don't cause such horrible loss of lives and assets like actions of notorious Sansha Nation and Gallente Federation. Whether I still firm on my belief that there shouldn't be taken actions against Drifters yet and common efforts must be concentrated on defeating both Nation and Federation, latest developments as:

- amassing of Drifter fleets in undisclosed location;
- theft and autopsy of Drifter corpse by infamous pseudo-"scientists";
- and constant attacks on Drifters from capsuleer vessels

signify that the actions must be taken in order to prevent escalation of conflict with Drifters that can lead to the full scale war, that we can't allow ourselves to get entangled with while the Sansha Nation and Gallente Federation hasn't been completely defeated and crushed yet. For this, I PROPOSE:

1. Establish a CONCORD-enforced restriction on firing on Drifter ships. Violators are to be executed (provided they will survive). Named as enemies of the State, humanity, peace, and possible gallente supporters, should they escape, survive or reclone.

2. Pseudo-"scientists", responsible for extraction and autopsy of Drifter corpse are to be held responsible for attack on Yulai.

3. Prohibit these pseudo-"scientists" from approaching both Drifters and Jove installations. Shoot on sight in case of violation.

4. Capsleers, that have collaborated with pseudo-"scientists" and capsuleers that claimed themselves to be such "scientists" and participated in these treacherous acts against drifters are to be publicly executed and their corpses offered to drifters.

5. Warn these capsuleers and revoke their licenses in case the war will outbreak.

6. Prohibit manufacturing and usage of so-called Entosis Links.

7. Announce Antikythera Elements as illegal goods and remove them from all the markets.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is what happens to a State with almost zero entertainment and personal freedoms. And social interaction. Also personal life. Sort of.
