So if I load my normal TQ client with the settings are set to download everything instead of using on demand, but if I were to switch to my Sisi client it redownloads everything again, is there no way to split the cache between one client copy and the other?

I’m not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve, are you trying to have separate caches or have both clients use the same cache?

If the latter then proceed as suggested below, if separate caches then instead of pointing both launchers to the same location use a different cache location for each launcher.

Open each launcher
Click the small cogwheel icon at the top right corner to open the settings page
Click the ‘Download’ line on the left of the settings page
Check the Path to the shared cache is the same for both launchers, if not, either adjust to match each other or create a new location (I use \CCP\EVE\SharedCache), on a drive or partition of your choice.

When both launchers match run each separately and let them update files as required

Also remember with all the changes happening on SiSi there are often large downloads even with matching caches when running the SiSi launcher, this is the joy of being a tester Blink
