Acquiring Bulk Data 0/197 (Solved)

I keep getting this every time I start the client. Tried clearing the cache inside eve folder doesn't seems to work for me. Any other workaround?

Did you try to clear the cache through the client - ESC menu - "Reset Settings" - "Clear All Cache Files"?
