On the one side, you are not allowed to quote conversations with GMs / support team.
On the other side, you are promising us a "free rename".

This is a wel known occurance, he had his name taken away because of inactivity. It is well know through Eve that you can easily sent in a ticket to a GM for a rename.
How do you want 'proof'?

I've heard the same - [race] Citizen [numerical value] is CCP's flag for a character rename.

Don't know anyone who's dealt with it but over the years it's what I've been told.

Plus if it was a 'scam' I think CCP would of shut the thread down by now considering this section is a no scam zone :P

So, this is worth 4.5bill because it is from 2005? I call bs. You have no skills, and a rename is the same as if you made a new char. lower your b/o to 2 bill and maybe someone might buy it.

I do not care about your opinion. I already sold multiple of those for over 5 billion. I know this is the right price.
