The skill "Industry", is it valid for All ships ?

Does the skill "Industry" also reduce the manufacturing time for Supercarriers & Titans ? Or is it just the "Advanced industry" that does that, or do they Both do it ?

You should be able to check it in the industry window. Buy the BPO and view in industry, then mouse over the production time and it will show you how your skills are affecting the time.
