Researcher,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Konnor Al'Azif and I am the lead researcher for the Occult Anomalies Division, an offshoot of Corvus Mercantile Network. I have been tasked with collecting scientific data concerning items, locations, and entities that defy common occurrence. These can range from what is commonly regarded as "supernatural" beings, so called "haunted" locals, or even "cursed" objects.

It is common to discover that most occurrences of these anomalies are either hoaxes or misinterpreted information. We seek to collect and study the ones that remain unexplained. For this task, I am attempting to enlist any willing parties to submit reports on any fitting anomalies they encounter in the cluster. Well researched entries will be shared with our network of scientists in an attempt to better understand these phenomenon.

Below you will find a basic template for a OAD research submission.

OAD 00-001

Danger Level: [Low]

Description:
OAD 00-001 appears to be a printed book approximately 24.10cm long, 20.30cm wide, and 3.81cm thick. The book is bound in a dark tan colored cover with the appearance and texture of cured leather. Slight ware is notable on the upper right corner of the front cover. The outer covering holds no man made markings or print. The page edges are frayed and discolored to a yellow hue and have been proven to be wood pulp based paper. Inner pages number 548 and hold no observable artificial markings.

Upon opening the cover of OAD 00-001, test subjects have reported the sound of human sobbing from a small, indeterminate distance away. Subjects not in physical contact with OAD 00-001 reported no strange sounds. Subjects who have experienced these sounds report that they last only as long as physical contact is maintained with OAD 00-001.

Subjects who open OAD 00-001exhibit mild fixation on the object itself. This fixation manifests as a desire to hold and view OAD 00-001. The duration of this compulsion varies between subjects but has not been observed to last longer than two weeks from the most recent interaction with OAD 00-001.

Recommended Control Actions:
Research should only be performed in a controlled lab environment utilizing no less than two agents who refrain from contact with OAD 00-001 at all times in addition to any test subjects. Psychological observation of subjects is mandatory for no less than a one month period following contact with OAD 00-001.

Additional Notes/ Recommendations:
OAD 00-001 is currently contained at OAD Alpha Facility, located [REDACTED].

OAD 000-002

Danger Level: [High]

Description:
The object in question is commonly referred to by the locals of Dakba V as the 'Blooder'. The 'Blooder' crash-landed from orbit onto a Excavation Facility on Dakba V. Everyone who comes within up to 20 Feet of the 'Blooder' is completely crushed, with nothing but liquid and blood left.

Recent studies show that the artifact may be emitting a type of energy that is invisible to the human eye which has not yet been identified. The artifact has not yet been removed from its place, and has currently claimed 27 victims. The Artifact is also known to emit radiation signatures akin to Sleeper Scanning Technology.

The Artifact could possibly have come from a Sleeper Vessel destroyed over the planet several days ago. The wreck, discovered by Cakzad Arcashiri upon returning to his holding, was empty. Due to emitting of radiation signatures akin to Sleeper Scanning Technology, it may be possible that the 'Blooder' is in fact a Sleeper Scanning Device.

The 'Blooder' has also proven to be invunerable to kinetic energy.

Recommended Control Actions:
A recommendable control procedure has not yet been discovered. As the energy apparently comes from within the Artifact, destruction of said artifact is not recommended.

Additional Notes:
The 'Blooder' is believed by some locals to have been sent by Molok the Deciever as a curse to the Faithful of Dakba V.

And you will bring its message to every planet of every star in the heavens:

Go forth, conquer in my Name, and reclaim that which I have given."

Can we expect a show on the Scope documenting the findings of your crypto - archaeologists?

Sounds like something my partner would enjoy in between watching her trashy gallente action flicks.

So, anyone going to submit entries on the Kyonoke Pit disease or the alleged Stargate anomalies (the one where ships just up and vanish)?
