Hi good folks of Character Bazaar!

I'm looking for a character that is skilled in SUBCAP warfare.
This meaning Excellent support skills and good guns skills!
Multiple factions is a must!
Any kind of capital and non PvP skills will be considered waste of skillpoints.

I have a high budget, but I'm not interested in posting a price as I just want to see what people have to offer.
So throw and offer in this thread, either via another forum post or by posting an Eveboard link (With price).

I hope to see some fantastic characters and I'm sure you aren't gonna let me down!
