I'm having a weird problem, i think it might be easy to solve but was wondering if devs ara aware and some other folks are having this too.

The thing is that since i enabled the authenticator, even that i clic the "dont ask for this computer again" it keeps asking, its not a biggie, i have this fancy icon on my smartphone's desktop but still, its an issue :)

Same here. I ended up taking the phone based authenticater off, and now it just e-mails me anytime I switch characters. Pretty annoying.

Dido I hate having to use my ipad and getting a code off it also I am having a problem with launcher with the user name and settings not saving the day after the patch

Also having this issue, both with the website and the launcher, my IP is static yet it seems like the game/website see's a different IP every time.

Having the same issue here, multiple people i spoke to have the same problem.

Option to remember only worked for me after the second time inputting it without closing the launcher. For some reason it never remembered the setting or the account name after only logging in once.

And nevermind, it worked when relaunching the launcher but got reset after a reboot.

CCP just made an update to the two stage authenicator thing. But did not bother to inform anyone beforehand. so hoepfully this will have helped.

@ CCP a pictorial guide to getting the CCP system installed and enabled on Android and IOS would be useful Hint!!!

I have the same problem here. Every time i am starting the launcher, it asks for the verification code. The "dont ask" checkbox does nothing.
