You have a very well trained pure Amarr here, and I believe him to be worth every penny of 15-18b, and maybe even a little more if you are willing to wait the extra. Would highly suggest plugging in the Marauders book to instantly increase value.

Amarr is not the highest demand race at the moment, but if you are looking to sell I would encourage you to get in contact with me!
