Singularity: Requests for account reactivation

Singularity is being updated with changes to the status of accounts once per day. In total the delay can be up to 36 hours after the account change on Tranquility.

If your TQ account was active for longer than 36 hours and your Singularity account is still not activated: Post in this thread here with the correct character. Requests are being parsed by a script, so special requests will be lost in most cases.

For password changes, new accounts and for transferred characters you will unfortunately need to wait until the next DB mirror.

I've enabled again google authenticator as CCP recommended me today in an email, something about a patch. I have enabled it again and i have no problems login to TQ but now i can't login to Singularity. Is it possible enable again access to Singularity in this account?.

Same as Einar, i've updated google authenticator and can't log now into Singularity, is it possible activate access to Singularity again?
