Intergalactic Summit

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Intergalatic Summit, I come today bearing news of untold proportions and of unsettling signs of the universe. As we all know with the recent revelations made about Caroline's Star, it's explosion and the resulting aftermath has yielded a tremendous amount of unknowns. This in the forms of cloaked unidentified objects, unidentified wormholes the still viewable cloud from Caroline's Star and other unforseen effects.

In the month's that followed we had seen an increase of gathering observations from every known system, we have been deluged with news reports from sources within the cluster. I personally have noticed an uptick in activity in Providence with combat on a dramatic rise and the toll it is taken on the populance there. I have been trying to study quite possibly a corelationship if this may even be possible.

Now more recently, the recent decloaking of these unidentified structures have now been identified as of Jove origins. This is very disturbing to say the least. They are according to my latest observations along with others to be known as Jove Observatories in many many systems thru all of the universe.

Further observations, ships of unknown origins have been spotted by many as well as myself and reports of engagements with these have been coming in at an alarming rate daily. Identification runs on these have resulted they too are of Jove origins with battleship class vessels bearing weapons unlike any we have ever seen including Doomsday Devices, even in Hi security space.

As I mentioned earlier a very dramatic rise in combat activities in Providence is seeing much larger scale combat. I am very concerned that there may be some sort of something that is causing this to happen so quickly. I am maintaining some contact with those in Providence and still continue to monitor as much as I can the developments from there daily thru all my sources available to me.

Not only in Providence, but from all of nulsec I have being gathering all the information I can and have been provided with and thru careful analysis am seeing a pattern to which is a bit difficult to decipher at this point yet. A further study is required and I will personally undertake that study given the current situations. I will also at some point make a report to the proper authorities and give my observations at that time, hopefully in the near future.

My belief is that unless otherwise proven or debated that could there be a relationship between these Jovians and the population at large, and could there be something that is being sent to our minds to cause an unexplained rise in combat all over? I am very sure, but not positive this could be happening that we are somehow are being affected by some sort of telemetry means and then in turn resorting to the greater increase in combat. These and many questions continues unabated to us on a daily basis.

In a further analysis this may be a point of contention but, by raising the question, are these Jovians using some sort of mind control to cause the current state of affairs, in my opinion I am not sure without further study.

The pilots of Null security space have always been on the fringe of all out war from the first moment they were allowed to start colonizing the fringes of the cluster. Old alliances rise and fall, kings and queens of space and vast empires shine bright and then burn out like a candle. I still however question tho' and maybe you or others can research this even more as I will continue in my research and studies of these "beings" if you will and continuing around the clock observations of the Jovian assets and still unidentified wormholes, only time will tell and even then do we even have a hint of how much time we have?

I'd suggest that Circadian Seekers are the "eyes", and Drifters (Vigilant Tyrannos) are the immune system. That just started its response to us, the disease.

An interesting analogy here is the nomenclature used by the Nation, where True Slave units with a different function are marked as "system of origin" + "part of a human brain". I'd even think that reference to cells, as opposed to the reference to the functional parts of a larger organ, suggests greater levels of integration.

There are many theories about what are, or were, the actual Sleepers, but most agree that they were a human civilization that went fully infomorph and sealed itself in a sort of a virtual reality. Those do not postulate the existence of a sleeper hive mind, or a collective consciousness of any sort. Automated actions of common sleeper drones found in Anoikis, in fact, show that there is (or was, until now) no higher level AI or command network behind their scripted tasks.

What we are facing is something entirely post-human or not human at all. It is something that has evolved out of the sleeper collective, its virtual world, or, perhaps, some sort of AI created by the sleepers for defensive purposes that only now fully activates. If it is an evolved post-human hive mind, it has a greater level of integration than Sansha's Nation, with individual sub-units being no more independent than cells of our bodies.

One might call such entity a god, yes. Or an elder spirit.

...And that's why you shouldn't attempt to fix a leaky reactor core in flight!
