Can we get a supercapital command for Singularity. It takes forever to build on SiSi and a lot of people join just to try supercapitals so we can not lose a expensive ship on Tranq. It would help the big alliances and small ones who don't know how to use a supercapital and it is easy for supercap pilots for us to test new stuff out

This will never happen. Reasons? Well that has been explained in plenty of previous threads that can be found with a quick search.

They won't give you super capitals just like that unless they're changing something that directly affects them. Such as a rebalance or overhaul.

And the last time they did it was just impossible to get anything else tested because everyone was just flying around in these super capitals.
