Funny thing Borkstar, a couple of weeks ago you were claiming to BE part of DED....

I've explained my reasoning for that, it's called, a distraction. And it's actually working.
Anyway,

The DED, and by extension CONCORD itself, and the four empires have been deliberately withholding information not just from us, but from eachother. Even going so far as to call in agencies like the SoE and the SoCT who are sometimes as violent as us.

I advise the DED to release the Scope reporters, as that is a violation of the Yulai convention.
And I also advise them to start telling us the truth, or just start talking.

As previously stated the power of intelligence gathering operations is in a potential enemy not knowing how much you are aware of. Disseminating such information at this time may well do more damage than good. I suggest preparing for the worst but not encouraging rash decision making.

Of course the Empires keep information from each other. The citizens of each Empire would expect this!

I'm not defending anyone here but...
- Just because we don't see them do anything versus the Drifters doesnt means there are no actions taken.
- The Scope journalists being detained by DED, yet every day across all New Eden many journalist that are mostly independent and don't have the support of the one of the biggest media corporations are killed/imprisoned for doing there job and no one gives a damn.
- And "withholding crucial information" sometimes releasing such leads to food shortage, riots and so on and in the end nothing bad happens in relation to those informations.

Sometimes i have an impression most of you forget in what reality we are actually living in.

After repeated fiascos like the Jovian body parts blunder, I am not sure that I could blame CONCORD to rely on more... serious and acknowledged organizations to do that kind of job...

Also : if it violates or not the Yulai convention is a matter that should be settled in court by justice, I think that none of us have enough legal knowledge on the matter.
