Tranquality in VIP mode can not login

Was getting login error then it was saying tranquility is offline now it says it is in VIP MODE. VIP mode wtf it is the live server there should be no VIP mode. Is there a big patch going on right now?

Server down yeah.
I had an in-game freeze that didn't let me display the "Character Info." window, then i had a no response after a jump between two system.
I was unable to reconnect, and had to use the rescache.exe and i had 39K/69K files missing !!!
I downloaded all but we got to wait for the server to be online again now...

Anyway, even forums and authentification seems to be specially laggy :(-
