Power. Wealth. And the protection of it, that's why the Amarr Bloc fears Max Singularity. They fear what he represents.

Considering the state of the Empire, considering the threats from without and within, considering the massive amounts of mismanagement and malfeasance over the past several years, perhaps they have good cause to fear Max. Max signifies change to us, the Capsuleer Bloc. Unlike the usual threats to the Empire, he advocates peace and protection and Law.

I, for one, will not follow this Emperor Max Singualrity IV, First of His Name.

But I have no reason to fear him, so I can be objective and not the least bit bratty concerning him. I look forward to hearing more. I look forward to learning his plans. Unlike the Amarr Bloc, I listened. He is not wrong. There is a storm coming. It's been brewing for years. Max is the weatherman, but to the Amarr Bloc, you would think he's the second coming of the Deceiver.

By God people, you are AMARR.

Act like it.

By questioning Her Imperial Majesty, he questions the Theology Council's decision to confirm her as Empress. He advocates none of those things. He is stirring unrest, ignoring traditions, and calling for the uprooting of lawful authority and divine mandates. He wants more power for capsuleers, monsters of destruction bound by neither morality nor laws and the cause of the greatest atrocities of the last decade. He is not an advocate of peace and law, he is an advocate of chaos and disorder.



Were it just him alone, there wouldn't be any threat. But he has an army of faithless capsuleers supporting him. What he represents is something bigger and more awful than simple heresy. What he represents is the capsuleer monster and its voracious hunger for more and more power.

He is right that a storm is coming. It is a vortex of evil, and he is helping it grow.

We not only allow, but sanction and approve of nigh-immortal sociopaths flying around with immensely powerful ships, corporations, and alliances. We sanction open combat between proxy militias. The recognized governments entirely ignore the threat of Sansha's Nation (it would seem). Said governments also continue putting more sociopathic demigods into space. We regularly fight over things as trivial as a few extra planets or systems when there's resources enough for all. We spend more time bickering than trying to solve problems. International and intranational realpolitik seems neverending. And I just dropped my teacup.

So, to summarize, the cluster is likely coming to it's doom.

I see blind faith strike again. I put forth the opinion God needs to be questioned, as do the Amarr and the Scriptures.

Let us examine!

The Scriptures state the Amarr are the Chosen of God. Said Scriptures also state their divine duty to Reclaim (more aptly titled 'Claim') everything they can in His name. However...

The Sciptures also seem to describe God as loving and/or benevolent. And while suffering might be good for the soul, it does beg the question of why a loving God would demand that his Chosen cause pain, suffering, and the like... but only to others? Are the majority of the Amarr free of that whole shebang for any particular reason?

As to the Man Himself, I also query his existence. I get the whole proof-denies-faith-and-without-faith-he-is-nothing line, but I'm a person of science; if it cannot be observed or otherwise proven, it is unlikely to exist. All I've seen is a bunch of fanatics reading a book about a sky wizard who demands they conquer all. Before I can consider you might well be Chosen... I kinda need proof that a sky wizard exists to choose you in the first place.

This is true. Thank you for hearing at least this. For I ask thee... gaze upon the Sixth Empire rising. There is only one Amarr. The Capsuleers of the enlightened have recognized that Amarr is the best hope of humankind despite the poison on the throne. Independent Capsuleers from Caldari, Gallente, even... yes... even Minmatar are now rising to stand with... WITH... Amarr. I do not treat people with respect and decorum because of who they are, but because of who I am.

If you cannot uphold proper decorum in front of a certain individual, better to not to address that someone at all.

Poor manners reflect more upon oneself and less upon the one you address.

Because they did not abandon God as the rest of humanity did. Because they continued to live righteously. They proved their devotion already. Those Amarr that fail in this, those who engage in crime, or heresy, they lose their place as Chosen just as anyone else and must earn redemption again under slavery.

The rest of us come from people who abandoned God. The Gallente, the Caldari, the Minmatar, all our fallen peoples once were united in worship of God. But we spurned Him, we forgot Him. It is for that reason that we are punished. We do not even deserve a place in Heaven, but God in His great mercy gave us a chance to cleanse ourselves of our sins. That is the Reclaiming. It is redemption.

People say they are afraid of changes.

But its always ongoing process.

People are in fact afraid of losing their illusions.

The Sixth empire is not an illusion.

Jamyl is. Her mind is an illusion, she is a tool, a tool of days past.

I believe only in Cold Wind, but sixth empire is real, and I can't deny this.
