As always, Scope propagandists drum up the actual effectiveness of the FDU. There was never a blockade in Okkamon to begin with, as anyone who lives in the Black Rise region can tell you. That's right, they couldn't even muster a proper ship turnout. Is it any wonder though? The FDU is rapidly losing system after system and is relentlessly being pushed out of Caldari territory.
