so what happens if i go in mim space do bad guys come after me?

can players harm me?

is it like concord o **** wrong system blap!?

do i have a chance to quickly keep moving forward to soe territory?

https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Faction_Standing_Repair_Plan

With your current status training Diplomacy up a few levels might already be enough if you haven't yet.

This link gives a detailed plan on how you can repair your faction standing. The faction police are not like Concord, they can be easily avoided if you just keep flying. Getting out of stations and off gates with slow ships could be problematic but a few warp core stabs should fix that.

The faction police will come after you in those systems until you repair your standings with their respective empires. I'd recommend training up some Diplomacy to help this along.

Players can always harm you, anywhere.

Not like concord, no... The faction navy will show up and do their best to destroy you, however, unlike concord they can be tanked and destroyed. Also they tend to start with a web and then later warp disrupt, so you can get away if you're quick about it.

Hope that helps.

Players cannot harm you more than normal and CONCORD won't even loil at you sideways.

As long as you move quickly, the faction police won't get you and even when they do they commonly web first and help facilitate your escape.

If you are slow or decide to hang around then the faction police will attack you if you are in a ship. They won't pod you.

Not much to worry about normally unless you are in something big and slow.

If your standing with them is -3.7 then you are fine. The faction police will not engage until you hit -5 with them and as others have stated CONCORD will not get involved at all unless you commit an illegal act of aggression.

They start shooting at you on the gates unprovoked if you are -5.0 with them. Train some diplomacy and do the repair plan posted earlier if you want to get rid of the negative.

If I want to buy a character, can I found out somehow, what is his standings regarding different fractions? Any special API key?

move out of highsec and be a pirate Pirate

Domination Nephilim - Angel Cartel

Calm down miner. As you pointed out, people think they can get away with stuff they would not in rl... Like for example illegal mining... - Ima Wreckyou*

Learn the game on an alt first and then use this one once you're comfortable with the game mechanics.

The seller linking the API to eveboard.com is the easiest and most convenient way I think.

Space will always be deadly regardless of what your NPC standings are. Pirate

However, if the character sale uses eveboard then you should be able to find the standings of the pilot in question on there.

5 jump clones
1 in each (4) of the NPC faction spaces to rotate missions and keep enemies unbalanced
1 in Null Sec so you can experience the "deep end" (empty clone this one) (Providence region, check Dotlan if you don't want to play with player alliances and war declarations)

CCP - Building ant hills and magnifying glasses for fat kids

Not even once

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.
