What race Super to train?

Hello all,

I'm training this toon to be a Super Carrier alt, I just don't know what race to choose.

Keep in mind this pilot is probably gonna be sold on the forums and i have no intention of flying one myself.

Any ideas as to which race has the most demand atm?

Nyx is the sexiest ship, and most popular.
Wyvern is good.
Aeon is good.
Hel is the ship where you'll have the least competition, but possibly the least desired.

Be aware that you will have several months just training a 'ship sitter'.
An actual good super pilot will be a year+ easily.

If it is for sale, train for Nyx.

It really depends on how you are planning on using it. My comments will assume a super fleet, because otherwise race is somewhat irrelevant, as you're just an expensive lossmail waiting to happen.
There are a couple of factors to this, not the least of which being EHP. In that area, the Wyvern handily outdoes all others, but with the Aeon being a respectable second.
Generally speaking, super fleets have so much damage output that the Nyx is useful more as an epeen "yeeeaaah, look at my top damage on that ihub" waving thing. Assigned fighters made the Nyx far more useful, as you could assign them to your ratting Vindicator (or whatever), sit near POS shields, and jack your ticks through the roof in relative safety. This is no longer a thing.
The other aspect is the common order of primary calling. Wyverns are shield tanked, Aeons are armor and Nyx tanked, and Nyx are Hel tanked, if you catch my meaning.

TL;DR- Caldari.

As a step toward supercapital, you will need to train skills that also are used in carrier of same race and you need to gather some experience flying capital ships. So choose supercarrier of race that also has usefull carrier and fly carrier first.
