Damps, TD, and painting, yes.

neuts don't have stacking penalties but webs do, webs you apply to the same target (even if they come from different ships) have diminishing returns

I don't like the ideas in general, but the stacking issue on ewar drones is a very good point.

Currently, a set of light webbing drones is about the biggest stupidity you could commit to in regards to your drone bay, same for TP drones (webs with their 100%, 87%, 60%... diminished returns and paints with their 100%, 55%, 20% returns or what they were)

If the capabilities of your drones would amount to one bigger ewar effect, they would actually e somewhat useful, compared to currently only rep-drones, jam-drones and neutralizing drones being usable.
