Eve Voice doesn't work anymore?

Was chatting with some potential new corporations to join, when they asked me to jump on Eve voice. Only now it doesn't work. Must admit its been ages since I've used it, but it's now seriously annoying me that I can't get it to work. Yes, it's enabled in the options. I am right in thinking you just have to right click the channel head and choice "join audio", right? Because the option isn't even there for me anymore. Tried restarting, clearing cashe etc, no effect.

Any suggestions?
