This is an half decent starter character that can jump into frigs with little to no fitting problems and t2 guns for ANY frigs. He can also use t2 missiles for frigs/ destroyers. With a bit more training of the other faction frigs from 4 to 5 he will be a perfect frig pilot.

all frig guns 5 and support skills 4 including missles ( rockets/lights lvl5 supports 4)

good navi skills

fair drone skils

weapons upgrades, cpu management, power grid management, electronic upgrades all 5!
