Still all the accounts are freezing, if I log off one Account !

Please for the love of all that is gold

CCP has stated that we as Mac users who have more than one account need to use the clonemaker.

There are ton of these post about client freezing - please read one.
If your having a problem even with clones - bug report it.

I think you're overstating CCP's position on using clonemaker. it's one of three unsupported possible solutions and they have red warning banners over the post.

The clonemaker has always worked for me. It has never not worked, or given me any issues over the launcher. Try it for yourself and see.

As I have said in previous threads concerning this issue, we are comfortable endorsing Clonemaker as a solution to this problem. Our customer support team may not deal with issues with it, but I will if I can.

Could you update the wiki entry to make it look less, er, dangerous to your system? It appears people are tuned away when they see red boxes saying:

"Warning: DISCLAIMER: Although it is not officially supported by CCP, it is possible to run multiple clients simultaneously. However, doing this has been known to cause some problems with some computers. Use the following instructions at your own risk!"


I get it, but it looks like others don't. Maybe you can put the clonemaker method at the top of list for the Mac part, and say something like:

"Running multiple clients by any method puts additional strain on your system and can cause issues. The following method of doing so has been found to be most reliable way to run multiple clients."

By the continued responses of people such as myself having this problem, I think it's fairly clear a lot of your customers are not comfortable or happy with Clonemaker as a solution.
