Yeah, who doesn't use neutral logistics or logistics at all?

If we or Rebirth. haven't had any neutral logistics, then we would just use some extra logistics from the alliance anyways, so yeah......., what's the difference?

One option is for carebears with warpscramblers, the other is for pvpers in enviroments where a neutral corp wont protect them.
