My name is R3velation. I'm an investor for a new corporation slowly maturing into something I didn't predict.
When I posted my first thread, I was expecting a couple people applying with bare-minimum attributes. What I recieved was astonishing. As of today, 27 applications were sent in. This was over the course of 6 days. However, the real surprise was the quality of leaders believing in my words that I hold true to this day; and always have in my history.

I took back your feedback, and made an open application for you to complete. My hopes are to reduce the time of limbo between you, and me.

As of now, I only accepted 2 of you into the circle. There are currently 3 possible applicants, and 22 denied as of May 2nd. As I previously spoken, our standards are high. Our expectations are high, and we expect the competent to complete our set out tasks, and goals.

We are already in talks with directors in corps of major alliances to aid our growth with a birth of quality pilots. Our management have played long enough to know the quality members of corporations whom respect them, and, we have over 150 collective billion of Interster Kredits from myself and willing pilots looking to contribute to this organization. More on the ISK later.
We raised our requirements, and upon criticism, removed others.


• 20M is the minimum amount of skillpoints permitted. This is voided if you are industry: presented with a list of toons who can exploit our environment to its fullest potential. This includes exploration, mining, manufacturing, and mining. In addition, you would require a freighter, blockade runner, or carrier, in addition to a T3 capable pilot if you do not meet the 20M SP on one toon.

• Experience. I understand some of you do not possess this. However, you will be asked a string of questions that showcase your knowledge of the game, your personality, and situations that are answered optimally (and unfortunately, correctly) if you have managed a party before, and/or learned from it, or expiernces with leaders where you learned from their mistakes.

• Assets. The minimum is 3B in total value. Preferably 5-10B. One of the misconceptions of my previous post was the general consensus of this being a scam, pyramid scheme, illuminati recruitment ad, etc. I would like to clarify that no one affiliated with me will ask you for ISK. You will not be asked to spend a dime here. The ISK avalible shows a lot about the player, believe it or not. However, my main concern is to see if you're self-substainable and not a leach on others. I want you to fund your own ships, fuel your own PoS, and fund your ISK making endeavours to its maximum potential. If you're looking to freeload, scam, or lie your way into management, I'm telling you it's very unlikely, and kindly ask you to **** off.

• Age of 19+. We need not children running this. I have been in corps in my early EvE career that had a 16-17 yr/old CEO that absolutely ruined everything for everyone. This won't happen here. I prefer 21+ as that's the age I find acceptable from my experiences. If someone's a piece of crap, I can't control that. However, I can prevent the immaturity children bring to organizations. There will be no exceptions to this unless you're 18, better be a God.

• Attitude. If you think starting something people already created is easy, and short, this isn't the place for you. I'm looking for someone seeking a challenge in EvE, a breath of fresh air. Determined, reliable, and trustworthy personel are the most precious, and unfortunately, rare in New Eden. This is why I require you to sit back, relax, and let me take care of things. Or, you can be a leader, and help your corporation achieve what you want it to.

I'd like to reiterate from my previous post. I'm not the CEO. I'm not a director. I'm simply an investor who's looking for quality leaders. To ensure that, I'm taking it upon myself to handpick the people leading the collective.
Hopefully that cleared all the misconceptions. Except for some, which, in my opinion, are ridiculous. Any vague mail that doesn't tell me who you are, and why I should spend the next 10 minutes writing something up for you will be ignored.

Which is fair for those serious about this to not lose all their assets to a thief. The trial isn't tedious, and will be worth the time if you want to make a fat wallet.

1) If you were CEO/director of this corp, and/or partipating alliance, what would your personal goals be?
2) What 3 attributes best affect the prosperity of a corp, and how would you implement them with a group of guys with an ego attached to them, compared to a situation when you're dealing with newbros?
3) What expirence do you posses in a position of power and/or control over multiple people? If this does not apply to you, what can you bring to the table that you would perceive of equal value? Explain why this would be of value to us?
4) What is the importance of a sense of purpose in today's online communities? Is it necessary for the growth of a corp/alliance?
What are your personal goals in EvE Online?
5) Explain the role of an economy in both a corp, and in a region, and how this affects players who occupy these systems. What are the advantages, and disadvantages?

Once completed, I will answer any question you have that I can answer.

The two things you criticize are clearly what you lack. Thus why I'm enforcing them.

I'm probably wasting my time here, but here we go, one piece at a time:

- not at all. We're looking for great leadership to lead a proper corporation. Sorry you're not eligible to be a part of it.

- please list them. And let's all have a look if we recognize that corporation or alliance. Just because you only know mediocrity, doesn't mean others have to abide by your perspective. You're right, wealth doesn't dictate the quality of leader. It dictates the quality of that player. Players tend to be the more experienced, and powerful than those who have chump change. This is what we desire. What does someone who can only afford t1 cruisers vs a T3 mean to you? Leaders have to lead by example, a leader asking members for ISK to fund PVP is embarrassing.

- do I really need to comment on this? I'm really confused on how you messed up that badly. Not only did you manage to insult someone, you also made it clear to everyone who's reading why I set those requirements up. PL are a bunch of awesome dudes, and they are where they are for a reason. Playing around and having fun is a bad thing? When they own that many supers I wouldn't give a **** what I would do either.
