i cant install eve at all ive done online installer and offline installer. please help!!!!!!!!!!!

How did you make a toon if you haven't installed the client?

You need to be more specific about that in your OP then if you're expecting to get help with the right thing. Have you tried the repair tool?

it stops at 67 percent, it worked fine last week but not nuthing works

"Not *nothing" is a double negative, you just told me that everything works fine basically. And that wasn't an answer to my question, I asked you if you've tried the repair tool.
