He's -5 and has 78mil SP. Mainly in PVP stuff. What sort of price can I realistically expect and is there somewhere I can go to allow you people to see his skills, etc?

No need to grind up sec status. https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Tags_for_Security Those tags can be bought from the market. Skils are kinda all over the place, you might be able to get in the 25b range. Mining skills aren't worth much of anything. Good luck!
