As a eve pilot it can be confusing getting to know the who's who of eve on top of that their are political micro cultures within your chosen Home Sec space that have to be considered

and so the topic

what are your top 3 current *powers in your chosen **sec?

the good the bad and the indecisive


* a power in this regard is a corporation /alliance or coalition that has made an impact on the game scape of eve

**a "sec" is the security status of the systems you inhabit high security space is 1.0 - 0.5 lowsecurity space is 0.4 - 0.1 And null security space is anything lower (Wormholes are classed as null sec space)

What I think I like about this topic is that it allows for some debate

As while some powers may have more ships in the space lanes. Others may use theirs is such a way as to be equally dangerous then their are other who are savvy enough to not use ships at all!.

Power and influence can be a difficult thing to judge and the posts that manage it will be worth their time in gold

but I hope it will be enlightening to those who are learning about the groups and maybe even learn who are some people to watch for joining or for staying away from based on your particular play style

F*ck it, now I'm confused.

As mercenaries you need to keep most of the others as bad guys and choose your good guys veryyyy carefully, as you will probably only have about 2-3 max.

See, I have this dart board. I has five colors. Dark Blue, Light Blue, Grey, Orange and Red. When I meet someone I throw a dart at the board. Then I set standings to that color. This of course doesn't explain why I have you set to purple Vector.

Not sure we have any blues right now...

You should join GSF, they set everybody to blue and then shoot them as tribute to VR.

Shooting blues must get complicated in RVB.
