Thnx, m8, clear cache fixed my problem.

Well my launcher version is 2.2.878305, click the setting button and then go to "Advanced" tab, then on the right side, click "Clear all cached data", after that, the launcher will restart automatically, then the launcher load all pictures again very fast.

Weird that I had not downloaded the patch after it works, I think the data had already been transferred during the launcher's stucking there.

Hi, I have tried all the possible ways to get the client to update itself, but i cannot get it to forcefully update itself. mentioned earlier in the post, someone had a 8-step procedure that walked through how to get it to work and apparently it helped a lot of people who had the problem, but for me, on the 3rd step where i try to download the last update, all i get is

i dont know which one to click but after downloading some i realized that i couldnt even try to import them through the luancher because I couldn't open them. Is there any other way to forcefully update? I might just reinstall eve and hopefully that works. Also, fix the launcher or just get rid of it completely, it's the only thing I ever have problems with and I know everyone else would agree.
