Now that i have found a nice home in low-sec, i have a problem of moving all of my stuff in high-sec 28 jumps away, how can i move everything all in one go? rather than moving it one by one?

Pay Red Frog to move it within highsec then pay Black Frog to move it into lowsec.

OR PushX, they also do lowsec hauliing.

Bear in mind 28 jumps will cost a fair bit.

Consider if it would be easier to sell your stuff where it is an re-buy it somewhere closer.

Depends how the lowsec market is or how bad the nearest highest market is. They could end up spending more than the moving costs in markup at the nearest hub. And not be garunteed to get everything they need.

Also... consider training to use a Blockade Runner. It may not be able to carry much (about 3 to 5 frigates and some change)... but in the long run it will help keep you supplied... if you don't mind expending a little bit of extra effort that is.

I am not sure what you are moving but there is absolutely no need for you to move all of your stuff just to have it with you. Bring into low sec what you need to use in low sec. Leave what you are not using right now or sell it.

Yeah your right, im just taking the stuff i need, i havent got a fortune anyways, most is coming with me, the things i sell while im in low-sec will be once a month thing, saves the hassle, just have to be more careful lol
