PLEX for GOOD : Nepal Earthquake Relief - Feedback
After the devastating earthquake in Nepal the EVE community has spoken and CCP has listened: With immediate effect you can donate PLEX to CCP to help the people in Nepal. CCP will donate the full $15 from each donated PLEX to the Icelandic Red Cross' relief effort in Nepal. Watch out for further actions from CCP in this matter. Thank you, EVE Community!

X Marks The Spot - The New Star Map Is Out Of Beta - Feedback
With the Mosaic we saw further improvements coming to the new star map: better performance, new filter grouping and more. The old map is still available and accessible in game. The handling of scan probing in the new map rose quite some concerns, CCP Rise confirms that your feedback is very valuable and that work on improvements is progressing.

Mosaic Updates from Team Five 0 - Feedback
Team Five 0 explains the improvements coming to EVE with the Mosaic release: a much better corp role management user interface, faster battlecruiser warp speed, two new burner missions (very challenging and demanding) and more.

Two-Factor Authentication... finally! - Feedback
Two-factor authentication (2FA) has been introduced to the EVE Online Account Management. Next to your password, 2FA requires another sort of verification next to your password and in this case you can either get that extra verification via a registered email or via an app that is compatible with Google Authenticator. In this step, 2FA for EVE Online will be optional for the Single-Sign-On login (this includes the EVE Launcher and Account management). Please note that in this first step 2FA is not available for the raw EVE client itself when not using the EVE Launcher. Read more about the details in CCP Ghostrider's blog!

Opportunities in New Eden ... or how I learned to play EVE - Feedback
"Opportunities" are a new way to discover the basics of EVE Online in a more focused and less linear way, replacing the old Tutorials. After lots of feedback and testing, we published this new system to everyone. If you are a veteran player, you can easily turn off notification regarding Opportunities (click the notification icon and then the clog symbol) and the Opportunities themselves (click the shield icon for the settings).

A Message From Customer Support Concerning The Corporate Role Defect
During a window of approximately 30 hours after the Mosaic release on April 28, 'Take' access for a member in a player corporation may in some cases have been granted in error when the intention was only to grant 'View' access to a corporate hangar. As with all bugs, abuse of this bug is strictly forbidden and won't be tolerated. Anyone who has abused this bug needs to immediately contact Customer Support with all relevant details.

Mosaic Has Been Successfully deployed
The latest update "Mosaic" has been successfully deployed on April 28. Information about Mosaic is available on the EVE Online Updates page, and the patch notes. Of course we also have general feedback and issues threads....
